This arterial road project was developed as part of a master plannedcommunity in Mesa, Arizona. The project included four-miles of majorarterial street designs, three-miles of secondary arterial streetdesigns and 10-miles of residential streets. 

PEC established roadwayalignments and prepared roadway improvement plans for the project.Requiring public involvement, information meetings were held to solicitcommunity input. Thomas Road and Recker Road were designed undercontract to a private development company for the City of Mesa.
