PEC provided design services for this Yavapai County Flood Control District and Yavapai County, Public Works Department project. The design included drainage facilities in the community of Black Canyon City where Bertha Street crosses an unnamed tributary to the Aqua Fria River. The drainage improvements were based on the Final Drainage Report for the Black Canyon City Area Drainage Master Plan (July 2003). The project included an alternative study to determine the optimal design for the crossing.
