Power Road, City of Mesa

PEC performed field surveys for alignment, topography, and the preparation of construction plans and specifications for a one-mile, six-lane arterial street with landscaped medians on Power Road from McDowell Road to Thomas Road. Project design elements included curb and gutter, sidewalk, pavement, storm drain, hydrology, utility relocations, quantities, estimates, quality control and construction staking. Bush Highway, now named Power Road, was designed for the City of Mesa and Maricopa County through an Intergovernmental Agreement because it is part of the county highway system.
