Arizona National Memorial Cemetery, Veterans Administration

Design/Build services for roadway and drainage improvements southeast of Cave Creek Road and Pinnacle Peak Road. The project consisted of designing two detention basins, gunite channels, hydrology and hydraulic design, gravesite platting, roadway design, utility relocations, devegetation, earthwork, landscaping and 404 Permit. Due to flooding conditions at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, this project was classified as a "Fast Track" Design/Build contract. PEC survey crews performed topography, construction staking and boundary survey.
