Bank One Ballpark, Huber, Hunt & Nichols

PEC provided construction monitoring for this 48,500-seat ballpark. PEC was responsible for checking original horizontal and vertical control for the contractor as well as checking contractor staking, monitoring excavations, concrete pours, setting caissons and other items set during construction. PEC also located and measured items for calculation of pay items, as-built entire floor/all levels including handicap ramps, parking structure and surrounding brick pavers.
