Design for a 23-acre parking facility (83rd Avenue and Van Buren), providing a total of 2,200 vehicle spaces. The project consisted of performing topography, boundary survey, construction staking, earthwork, site planning, 20-acre parking lot design, striping, traffic flow, grading and drainage, catch basins, security lighting, storm drain pipe, property line fencing, and a three-acre retention basin.
