Mountain View Park, City of Phoenix/Martino & Tatasciore

Architectural and structural designs for a 26-acre park renovation and expansion project. PEC performed field reconnaissance, surveying and topographic mapping. Complete architectural and structural plans, specifications and calculations were prepared for an innovative 1,400 square feet rest room / maintenance facility using modified prefabricated conventional construction. PEC was also responsible for overseeing electrical and mechanical designs, and performing structural review of landscaping features such as retaining walls, pavement design, and ramadas.
