Fifty-one horizontal GPS points were used to control a six-linear-mile aerial mapping project. One-foot contour mapping was provided based on U.S.G.S. 27 horizontal control datum and 36 elevation reference markers were provided on N.G.V.D. 29 vertical control datum. Data for control was gathered using nine GPS receivers during one static session and four kinematic sessions.
