Project entailed 1½ miles of paving improvements along Shea Boulevard from Eagle Mountain Road to Fountain Hills Boulevard and from Saguaro Boulevard to S.R. 87 (Beeline Highway). PEC provided the following construction staking services: slope stakes for the entire project, horizontal and vertical staking for utility relocations. PEC also provided subgrade and ABC stakes for pavement control, stakes for curb and gutter, cross sections for volume calculations as requested by management team, necessary field calculations and adjustments for modification to plans requested by the management team, control for pavement markings, as-built measurements, and replacement of the survey control monuments.
