PEC's assignment required the structural design, preparation of construction plans and specifications for a new 90-foot static scale platform and pit, and approach and departure ramps per NTEP guidelines at the Port of Entry in Kingman, Arizona. PEC additionally provided coordination of architectural, electrical and traffic design, design of VMS sign structures, and construction inspection services.
