Superlite 42nd Avenue Plant, Superlite Block

Design/Build architectural and civil design and surveying for the $3.5 million renovation of this 98,000 S.F. block manufacturing facility. PEC managed and coordinated structural, electrical and mechanical subconsultants, including coordination with a German equipment supplier to fast-track complete design and construction in an aggressive four-month schedule. As agent architect for this project, PEC was successful in obtaining approval from the City of Phoenix's Annual Facilities Registration Program. This program allowed PEC to submit directly to the inspector for immediate construction approval avoiding a lengthy review process.
