Deer Valley Park-and-Ride, City of Phoenix

Architectural, structural, civil design and construction administration of 3.5 acre transit park and ride facility at Bell Road and I-17. The work element included the design of a plaza, 232 parking spaces (111 covered), three vehicle and pedestrian bridges, structural re-design of tubular sign structure, drainage and topographic survey. Additionally, PEC provided a field investigation to analyze for minimum turning radius for standard City and articulated buses.
