Pointe South, City of Phoenix

This Improvement District project provided for the City of Phoenix, involved the design of two-miles of residential and collector streets, south of Dobbins Avenue. The work element included a topographical survey, new pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, relocation of utilities, and the preparation of storm drainage reports.
