Recker - Thomas Road, City of Mesa

This arterial road project was developed as part of a master planned community in Mesa, Arizona. The project included four-miles of major arterial street designs, three-miles of secondary arterial street designs and 10-miles of residential streets. PEC established roadway alignments and prepared roadway improvement plans for the project. Requiring public involvement, information meetings were held to solicit community input. Thomas Road and Recker Road were designed under contract to a private development company for the City of Mesa.
