Utility study identifying all existing utilities within a 16-mile corridor. The project consisted of developing digital data to incorporate into utility maps using CADD format. PEC contacted and coordinated with 19 different utility jurisdictions ranging from local city utilities to a fuel pipeline company. Each utility was inventoried and plotted on a utility plan showing the relationship of the utilities to the proposed freeway alignment and grade. Recommendations were made for future location of some of the utilities.
