Tonto Natural Bridge, Arizona Department of Transportation

PEC provided surveying services for three-miles of roadway in an environmentally sensitive area at Tonto Natural Bridge State Park. Our survey crew established 30 vertical control points, 20 horizontal control points by Global Positioning Surveying (GPS), and aerial paneling for three-square miles of aerial photography. PEC additionally provided supplemental topography, boundary verification, ties to section corners and quarter corners. PEC also designed four parking lots (passenger and recreational vehicles) at the park. Project design included site planning, striping, traffic flow, grading and drainage.
