PEC prepared construction plans for this 19-mile chip seal and restriping project. The project included improvements to the Port-of-Entry, paving and realignment of the Duncan High Street intersection, as well as coordination with A.D.O.T.'s Environmental Planning, Traffic Section, C&S, Materials Section and Safford District.
