PEC prepared construction plans for guardrail replacement, pipe and box culvert extensions, and slope flattening for this 16-mile project. In addition, structural design was required for modifications to an existing box culvert. PEC coordinated with A.D.O.T.'s Environmental Planning, C&S, Drainage Section, Bridge Section, Material Section, Kingman District and the Hualapai Indian Nation.
