PEC has designed sanitary sewers and lift stations for clients since 1983. The addition of Mr. Thomas Braatelien, P.E. and Mr. Bob Webb increases our capacity to meet the needs of our clients. Mr. Braatelien is registered in California and Arizona. Mr. Webb, prior to joining PEC, was with the City of Phoenix Water Services Department for 30 years.
