This experience includes a solid history of providing quality engineering services on sewer assessment/rehabilitation projects. PEC is recognized by Trenchless Technology Magazine and is ranked 26th in the nation for trenchless design firms. We maintain memberships with the North American Society of Trenchless Technology (NASTT) and the National Association of Sanitary Sewer Companies (NASSCO). Our CEO, Mr. Steve Mortensen is recognized nationally for his expertise in pipeline assessment and is a Master Trainer for NASSCO’s pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP). He has trained hundreds of agency personnel assessment and rehabilitation techniques as a Board Member of NASSCO.
